The new Brickell Flatiron will be built in Miami: an Italian skyscraper on the East Coast which will be completed by 2018, winning the title of the highest residential architecture in the Miami economic-financial district.
The 64-storey tower with 549 units, accommodates various housing solutions, from one to five bedrooms, up to the penthouses and duplex residences.
From the stylistic point of view the Brickell Flatiron is marked by a fluid architecture and curvilinear shapes that give a sense of movement. Nothing is left to chance: the interiors include bespoke furnishings and finishes made in Italy in collaboration with the architects Massimo Iosa Ghini and Luis Revuelta.
Inside there are many entertainment and relaxation areas: a cinema hall, a billiard room and an area dedicated to wine tasting. Finally, a Sky Spa, a wellness oasis on the 64th floor overlooking the metropolis equipped with gym, swimming pool, sauna, room dedicated to yoga and pilates.
