We are proud to have contributed to the creation of the new CX Milan NoM, inaugurated in February 2024. This innovative campus serves as a reference point not only for students but also for professionals and travelers seeking a comfortable and functional stay.
CX Milan NoM covers an area of 26,620 square meters, housing over 900 rooms and a variety of common areas designed to meet diverse needs. Bright study rooms promote learning activities, while spaces for fun and relax offer moments of connection and socialization. Welcoming lounge areas and a well-equipped shared kitchen enrich the offering, creating a homely and convivial atmosphere.
Effebi Spa contributed to the project by creating the furniture of these common areas, offering customized solutions that perfectly blend comfort, functionality and aesthetics.
